How I personally see Food
I personally eat a lot of food if I’m in an off-season which I might gain up to 30 pounds or 13.6kg if I am not competing in a month or so, so I do let my clients enjoy their day outs and your family dinners as I believe people should have a healthy relationship with food but still be able to enjoy their time.
How different bodies work
The metabolic differences between young athletes and various body types are significant. Young athletes generally have a faster metabolism due to their growing bodies, higher muscle mass, and greater physical activity. Muscle tissue is more metabolically active than fat, meaning it burns more calories even at rest. Different body types can affect metabolism too—those with more muscle mass typically have a higher basal metabolic rate, while individuals with more fat tissue may have a slower metabolism. Factors like age, muscle composition, and genetics play a crucial role in metabolic rate differences among individuals, which is why each plan is going to be different for every person and it does go through changes every 2-3 months.
