About me

I am an athlete myself and a student at Trent University as a computer science student, I am lucky to have acquired the knowledge and patience throughout the years. I am more than happy to share with the world, that I Grew up as an overweight kid so I understand the struggles of being unfit. I want everyone to be fit, both the young and old, weak and the strong, as every person works and functions differently, I’m an athlete and a computer science student at Trent University, but more than that, I’m someone who’s been in your shoes. Growing up, I struggled as an overweight kid, feeling the frustration and self-doubt that comes with being unfit. Those experiences have shaped who I am today. They’ve taught me patience, perseverance, and the importance of showing kindness to yourself as you work toward your goals.

My mission is simple: to help people—whether young or old, weak or strong—discover their unique path to fitness. I understand that every person’s body is different and that there’s no one-size-fits-all solution. That’s why I approach fitness holistically, structuring workouts and diet plans to meet individual needs. My aim isn’t perfection—it’s progress. Even if you don’t achieve instant results, you’ll be better than where you started, and that’s something to be proud of.
