Our experienced trainers utilize proven methodologies to help clients achieve their fitness goals, from weight loss to strength building prices start at 50 dollars per session (including a coach, diet, tips, and a plan )

Group Classes

Athletic Performance Enhancement targets competitive athletes looking to boost their performance. We offer advanced strength and conditioning programs that focus on agility, speed, and endurance, helping athletes reach peak performance. (Group of 10 athletes mostly, workouts are 10 dollars per session including all the personal training traits, not for elderly or people who are not competing )

Nutrition Coaching

Group Conditioning Classes combine community support and expert instruction. These high-energy classes foster motivation and engagement, making it easier and more enjoyable to improve physical fitness in a group setting.(free,as it will be mostly Zoom classes,feel free to ask questions)
